Shipping Policy

Shipping is only available to the United Kingdom, including northern Ireland. Orders will be despatched within 3 working days and will be delivered within 7 working days. Granted there are no logistical issues on royal mails behalf. Everyone will be kept up to date with any changes to delivery via email.

Return and exchange

You are able to return items within 3 days of receiving the order if the item is not what you ordered and you can provide proof, and if there is no damage to the order you receive. (DO NOT TUMBLE DRY PRODUCT OR APPLY HEAT) only air dry, you can wash it as many times as you like.
